Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Severely Lost, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order Items: Please allow up to 15-60 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Our pre-order windows typically close on Fridays of that week's collection. 

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@severelylost.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
